My mission statement: Honor your event through my lens!

Welcome to my space on the net! I am a computer science graduate with a love for photography. Besides my photography services, I also work as a Systems Administrator for a major IT company in the Los Angeles area (think BIG and think blue).

Many people ask me what the M7 in my web site's title stands for. M7 was a project that I developed in college with the aim being to infuse my technology skills with creativity and artistry. As such, M7 covered music, art, literature, and a study of thought and philosophy. The beauty of the project was that it had no limits and the goal was only to provide an outlet for total expression. While the M7 Project was finished and delivered, the feeling of satisfaction and the challenge that it provided has encouraged me to continue to advance my tech skills with an emphasis on art. After all, code is poetry and thought is the driving force behind beauty. (I know I didn't answer the question but I think it was a nice dodge!)

I blend my technical skills with photography to produce images that are beautiful and unique. I worked as an apprentice with a well known photographer in the South Bay area and recently decided to take my skills to the next level by launching my own photography services.

I only shoot with professional grade digital equipment because I truly feel that the medium provides many advantages over film. Digital photography gives me total control both on a shoot and in my digital studio and is now equal to film in respects to quality. Factor in my knowledge and experience with imaging manipulation programs and you have not just photographs, but a means for artistic expression. If you do not believe in the digital revolution, consider that Kodak no longer makes film cameras!

Besides being a photographer, I am also a web designer, freelance writer, and have project management experience.
